Khloé Kardashian has totally transformed her body and lost close to 20 kilograms in the process! While this may have come with exercise and dieting, the reality star admits that she does have cheat days.

Speaking on her app, the 32-year-old divulges that she eats healthily most of the time, but when she has ‘serious’ cravings she reminds herself to ‘exercise portion control’.

‘I believe that if you want chocolate, go for it, but only have a handful,’ she reveals. ‘If you start to crave ice cream every night, you’ll get addicted to a routine. But if you really need a handful of chocolate, eat it, or else you’re definitely going to binge later.’

So moderation is key! And when it comes to her workout routine, the KoKo reveals how she finds her motivation in the morning. ‘I wake up around 5am every day to workout. I always tell myself, “You never regret a workout, but you always regret not going”,’ she explains.
