The world’s official diva, Mariah Carey, has thrown some serious shade at this generation’s pop icons during a game of Plead the Fifth on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.

The game allows guests to ‘plead the fifth’ and not answer a question should they not want to and, while Mimi dodged questions about ex-fiancé James Packer and current love interest Bryan Tanaka, she wasn’t shy about telling us what pop singers these days mean to her.

When asked about Demi Lovato, who famously went off at Mariah about her treatment of JLo on Twitter, the 46-year-old singer said, ‘I don’t know her either and so I wouldn’t say anything to her. She should come up, introduce herself to me, say, “Here’s my opinion, what do you think about it?” That’s how you handle shit, OK?’

Then, when asked about Ariana Grande, who has been touted as this generation’s Mariah, the singer blanked again with her signature, ‘I don’t know her’, then adding, ‘No… I don’t know… Honestly, I’m not familiar. I listen to hip-hop more than I listen to pop music.’

Mariah might need to get her memory checked!
