Devastating news broke over the weekend that Michael Bublé’s three-year-old son Noah had been diagnosed with cancer and that the 41-year-old singer would be taking a break from his career as a result.

Now, after the family denied rumours that Noah had leukaemia, it has been revealed that little Noah has liver cancer and will undergo four months of chemotherapy.

Michael and his wife, Luisana Lopilato, reportedly discovered the illness on November 1 after doing a liver biopsy following an initial examination in Buenos Aires.

Luisana’s elder sister spoke out about the news, saying: ‘If God wanted it to be discovered that way, it’s because he wants to save Noah. Cancer is a horrible illness but we have faith in Noah being able to overcome this.

‘We know he will. The time to start a long and very difficult treatment has come but it’s got to be done. They say children are normally strong to put up with chemotherapy and my nephew is a warrior.’

It was also confirmed that while Noah would need chemo and possible surgery, his chances of beating the illness were 90%.

We’re sending all of our love to the Bublé family during this difficult time.
