The Nike Training Club Ambassador shares her fitness secrets!

What’s your weekly gym routine?

I aim to train at least four times a week and do a variety of workouts depending on my schedule and how I am feeling. I use both the Nike+ Training Club and Nike+ Running apps for inspiration and motivation when I can’t get to the gym. Boxing on a Sunday morning would have to be one of my favourite workouts. I also do body pump, running, dancing, tennis and boxing.

Describe your food diary?

In the morning I’ll have eggs, half a tomato and half an avocado.  I’ll also have a glass of water and a cup of green tea with a splash of lemon.  Mid-morning I’ll have a skim cappuccino with 1 raw sugar.  At lunch time I’ll try have a grilled chicken salad. For dinner I always try to eat healthy meal – cooking steak, chicken, or lamb on the BBQ, with steamed or grilled vegetables and a salad.  I also like to snack on fruit and nuts.

What are your top tips for staying on track?

Perseverance and consistency.  Make it a part of your routine.  When you start to see changes in your body and how you wear your clothes, there’s no better feeling.
