What’s it like being a body icon to women?

It’s weird, but also good because my body is a natural, healthy figure. I have a younger sister and i’d like girls like her to look up to me and be inspired by womanly figures and not feel like they have to conform to an image of perfection.

How often do you exercise?

Four to five times a week. it depends if I’m travelling – if there’s a week I can only exercise on three days I don’t beat myself up about it. I’m always trying different things like yoga or stand-up paddle-boarding.

Do you have a body part you tend to focus on?

My bum! It’s really fashionable to have a great butt. We have a butt workout we released on abikiniaday.com and it feels like someone’s stabbing you in the behind – so you know it’s working.

Lastly, any tips on taking the perfect swimsuit pic?

It all comes down to the lighting. Don’t take photos in the middle of the day in harsh lighting. Morning or afternoon lighting works best.
