They are currently involved in a very bitter custody battle over their six kids in the wake of their divorce, but it looks like Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie may be reuniting to spend Thanksgiving together as a family.

Reports have emerged saying the 41-year-old actress directly spoke with Brad and asked him for a ‘temporary truce’ as their children – Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10 and twins Knox and Vivienne, 8 – want their parents together for the American holiday.

The driving force behind the reunion is said to be Shiloh, who has been ‘begging’ her parents to be civil.

Brad, 52, has since accepted the invitation after receiving a phone call from Ange. ‘He thanked her for the invitation and she said “I think it’ll be good for us”,’ a source has revealed to OK!

While the insider added that the family time will only be a ‘two-day truce’ and Brad is ‘incredibly apprehensive about the thought of meeting Angelina face-to-face’, both stars are evidently devoted to the wellbeing of their children and we hope the two can keep it together for the sake of their brood.
