She’s been dubbed ‘The Body’ since the ’80s, and for good reason!

Elle Macpherson is undoubtedly one of the most gorgeous women in the world, and at 52 years old she has somehow managed to maintain her enviable figure while still being a mother of two and an entrepreneur.

Now, Elle has detailed just how she manages to stay looking so good and it’s actually a lot easier than you thought!

‘Some simple tricks that anyone can do is drink three litres of water every day (with two teaspoons Super Elixir) and try to get at least seven hours sleep,’ the supermodel reveals.

‘Sleep makes such a difference as it helps the body to detox, rest and restore.’

Obviously sleep and water aren’t the only things keeping Elle looking so good, she also revealed how she exercises, saying: ‘I try to be active for about an hour every day, doing anything that helps me to experience nature.’

The blonde beauty says she likes to go bike-riding, paddleboarding and swimming to keep things interesting and that weight training is another large component.

‘I also believe that muscle tone decreases as we age, so some weight training is beneficial. After a run or swim, I also try to do about 15 minutes a day of weight-baring plank exercises, push-ups and sit-ups.’
