Former Married at First Sight star Clare Verrall has gone on a Twitter rant to slam the show, while simultaneously revealing that none of the current stars are still together.

Clare, 32, appeared on the second season of the show where her own ‘marriage’ to Jono Pitman combusted within weeks.

Beginning the rant with: ‘Sooooooo, no 3 month later follow up show? Well that kind of gives it away how this works out for the final 3 couples #9Married’, she then confirmed that she never spoke to any of the show’s matchmaking ‘experts’ during her time on MAFS, and that ‘if you apply for next season you [sic] insane’.

She added, ‘EVERYONE, there is no 3 month catch up as they all broke up within weeks. Many of them have new partners now & can’t wait to move on #9Married’ – despite all three couples saying they wished to remain married in the final episode.

‘Crew told us at our catch ups as this season was filmed straight after ours,’ she wrote. ‘They said it was a shitshow.’

Clare Tweeting she plans to slam the show now that she’s out of contract

Despite Clare voicing her opinions on the hit TV show, Married at First Sight has revealed it will go ahead for a fourth season, this time with 10 couples.
