THE VINYASA FLOW

Mandy Ingber, 46-year-old Jen’s yoga teacher, says this sequence is ‘one of the best things you can do for your arms because you are doing multiple push ups’.

THE MOVES

Start in the salute-to-the-sun pose, stretching your arms and body up. As you breathe out, move down into a forward bend, putting hands on the floor. Move back into a plank, lower to the floor and place arms beside chest. Lift the top of your trunk off the floor. Move into a downward dog, bring your legs to your hands and straighten up.

THE RESULTS

You’ll stretch your whole body and give your arms a real work-out.
