Glee star Mark Salling has reportedly been taken into custody on suspicion of having child pornography.

The 33-year-old was arrested in California yesterday, after LAPD’s Department’s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force served a warrant on his home following a tip-off from an ex-girlfriend.

According to TMZ, the police allegedly seized more than 1000 images of ‘child sexual exploitation’ on his computer.

Mark played Noah ‘Puck’ Puckerman on Glee between 2009 and 2015.

This is the not the first time he has had a run-in with the law.

In 2013, Mark was sued by a woman who accused him of sexual battery. He denied the charges but later settled the case for $3.7 million after he confessed to negligently causing her to fall and injure herself during an incident at his home.

TMZ reports that Mark was ‘shocked’ when officers raided his home, and is reported to have already hired legal representation.
