Total babe Hailey Baldwin let us in on her pre-New York Fashion Week prep, and we are pumped because the stunner gives us all of the #bodygoals and we want in on that action.

So, what’s her trick for runway perfection?

‘Right now, I’m on a metabolic detox,’ says the 19-year-old. ‘I’m trying to reset my body before I get into the craziness of all this travelling and running around.’

‘It’s like a cleanse that you have to do with like protein powder and all this different stuff and you have to eat a certain type of way,’ spills HB, who followed her detox plan for 10 days.

A metabolic detox (according to the smarties at Harvard Medical School, aka the People Who Know Their Stuff) is ‘aimed at eliminating alleged toxins that are held responsible for a variety of symptoms, including headache, bloating, joint pain, fatigue, and depression.’ So, basically, it’s supposed to be a reset button for your metabolism to get it running at its best.

Hailey also chows down on healthy foods, like fruits and veg. ‘I eat healthy regardless but it’s very much more scaled down,’ she explains.

If that’s what it takes to stroll into summer looking as bangin’ as HB, count us in!
