Iggy Azalea was honoured with the Woman of the Year Award at GQ Australia’s Men of the Year Awards last night, and while her risqué outfit was initially the talk of the night, it was her shocking acceptance speech that really stole the show.

The 26-year-old rapper stepped on stage to accept the award, first admitting that she didn’t prepare a speech, and then added, ‘I’ve won a lot of awards over the last few years but this one means the absolute most to me because I can finally say that I have an award-winning vagina.’

That’s it. That was her speech. Iggy then thanked GQ and walked off the stage, leaving the crowd stunned.

While MC Hamish Macdonald was lost for words when returning to the stage after Iggy, guest of honour John Hamm, 45, happily made light of the bizarre comments later in the night when accepting the award for International Man of the Decade.

‘This is amazing for me. I got the best vagina in the world. How do you say no to that?’ he joked. ‘I guess the short answer is you don’t. You just say, “Yes, this vagina is phenomenal.”’

Good grief.
