While the life of a jet-setting model sounds glamorous, Aussie beauty Jessica Gomes says it can pose some real challenges for keeping up a regular fitness routine.

‘I do a lot of Pilates when I’m home in LA with my trainer, but there’s only so much you can do,’ the David Jones ambassador explains. ‘You have to make it a lifestyle.’

For Jess, that means keeping a constant state of mindfulness. ‘I don’t drink alcohol at all,’ Jess adds. ‘I eat healthy and try to stretch as much as I can, when I can.’

With Hollywood beckoning, things are only set to become busier for Jess! She has a string of movies coming out, including Going Under with Bruce Willis and Bastards with Owen Wilson.

Her number one tip for frequent fliers? ‘Stay hydrated!’ Jess says. ‘I just keep up the fluids and get lots of sleep.’
