Rosie Huntington-Whiteley’s get fit tips!

The model reveals how she’s prepping for her wedding to heart-throb Jason Statham.

‘As soon as I wake up, I try and drink a litre of water,’ says Rosie, 29. ‘I often find that after a night’s sleep you’re dehydrated. Staying hydrated is important for me as it gives me healthy skin and also reduces hunger pangs.’

‘I find that alternating workouts and mixing interval, low and high-intensity training helps. I love to mix in pilates and fun dance classes, too.’

‘Breakfast is also really important to set me up for the day. I need proper food in the morning, so I usually have boiled or scrambled eggs with spinach and a green juice.’

‘I’m a real foodie, but when I’m at home I try and cook very nutritious, organic and basic foods. And when I’m out I’ll enjoy myself, but try and make healthy choices -there’s always fish and chicken and salad.’
