The glamorous couple, who met in 2010, have tied the knot in a stunning summer ceremony in Santa Barbara, California.
“We are overwhelmed with complete happiness and love having made our eternal commitment,” the newlyweds told PEOPLE on Saturday.
“To say ‘I do’ in front of family, friends and, most importantly, our children has been the happiest moment of our lives.”
Looking absolutely flawless in a custom Carolina Herrera gown, a super-slim Jess, 33, is said to have been beaming with happiness as she walked down the aisle to marry the man of her dreams.
The pair said their ‘I do’s in front of their nearest and dearest before treating their guests to a lavish reception.
Woman’s Day understands the couples son, Ace, 1, was the ring bearer and their daughter, Maxwell, 2, was a flower girl.
Although it was an intimate affair, Woman’s Day understands that pals including Jessica Alba and her hubby, Cash Warren, attended the nuptials.

Earlier this year, the singer turned fashion mogul opened up about getting married.
“The wedding day is a very important day, but I think it’s important for us, as brides, for us to know that it is the day we are most loved,” she told her Weight Watchers followers.
