Check out Julia Roberts’ (sorta) modest NYC apartment

Julia Roberts is putting her Greenwich Village apartment on the market for $4.5 million. Take a look inside.

Julia Roberts is putting her Greenwich Village apartment on the market for $4.5 million, reports Page Six.

The Oscar-winner’s 2,000-square-foot, three-bedroom, three-bathroom co-op at 45 West 10th Street is reportedly up for sale because the actress is spending a lot more time in California.

The apartment – located in a postwar building between Fifth and Sixth Avenues – features a wood-burning fireplace and a terrace – perfect for entertaining her A-list pals. According to the sale pitches the apartment is described as “easy breezy” and “Hamptons/California-style beachy.”

But the Hollywood star won’t be left homeless once her condo sells – she is still keeping her house in Gramercy Park which she currently leases out.

Roberts has spent sometime in the Big Apple recently filming her upcoming flick Money Monster which is being directed by Jodie Foster and stars her Ocean’s Eleven co-star, George Clooney.
