Sony has just released the trailer for Blake Lively’s new movie The Shallows.
In it, the 28-year-old actress plays Nancy, a surfer stranded on a rock while a great white shark circles below. Described as ‘the ultimate contest of wills’, Nancy must figure out a way to travel the 180 metres back to shore.
The Shallows will be released in the US on June 24, with an Australian release date yet to be announced.
